Workout of the Day 

-Conditioning-

For time:
45 Burpees (to plate)
35 Bar Facing Burpees
25 Box Over Burpees, 24/20
15 Shoulder to Overhead, 165/115

*Step back/up burpees are permitted. Box step ups are not.

-Strength-

Five sets of:
Hang Power Clean x 3 reps (without dropping bar)
superset with
Parallette Push ups x 8 unbroken reps

*Alternate between movements every 2nd minute.
*Elevate feet on plates to create horizontal body.
