As many rounds/reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
6 Hang Power Cleans, 155/105
8 Alternating DB Snatch, 50/35
12 Pull ups
*Complete workout in teams of 2, alternating movements.
Dead-lift x 5 reps
Bar Dips x 5 unbroken reps
*Alternate between movements every 2nd minute.
*Those that can, add 5-10% BW to your dips. Do not add more, instead,
