Workout of the Day 

-Conditioning-

4-8-12-16-20 reps for time of:
Thrusters, 155/105
Bar Facing Burpees

*In teams of 2, share work as needed.

-Strength-

Five sets:
Dead-lift x 3 reps
superset with
Bar Dips – Option 1: 8 reps, Option 2: 7 reps, Option 3: 6 reps

*Alternate between movements every 90 seconds.
*Choose new dip rep scheme based on ability to use least amount of
assistance.

-Optional Midline-

Kettlebell Farmer’s Hold, accumulate 2 minutes

*Carry 2/1.5 pood in each hand.
