Workout of the Day 

-Conditioning-

For Time:
Walking Lunges, 25 steps
20 Pull-Ups
50 Box Jumps, 20 inch for everyone
20 Double-Unders
25 Strict Presses, 95/65
20 Toes to Bar
30 Kettlebell Swings, 2/1.5 pood
30 Sit-Ups
20 Hang Squat Cleans, 95/65
25 Good Mornings, 95/65
30 Wall Balls, 20/14 to 10’
3 Rope Climbs (15ft)

-Weightlifting-

Five sets of:
Bench Press x 3 reps
superset with
Inverted Barbell Rows – Level 1: 14 reps, Level 2: 12 reps, Level 3: 10 reps

*Alternate between movements every 90 seconds.
*Choose new inverted row rep scheme based on ability to perform sets unbroken at last week’s body angle.

-Optional Skill-

Alternating with a partner, max distance in 2 minutes of:
Handstand Wall
