Workout of the Day 

-Conditioning-

In teams of 2-4 (athletes’ choice)
400 Calorie Row

*Whether in teams of 2, 3, or 4, cals remain at 400.

-Strength-

Five sets of:
Hang Power Clean x 2 reps (without dropping bar)
superset with
Parallette Push ups – Level 1: 14 reps, Level 2: 12 reps, Level 3: 10 reps

*Alternate between movements every 90 seconds.

-Optional Skill-

Alternating Pistols x 50 reps

*Use only perfect technique. This is not for time and should not be rushed.
*Use only modifications that will help you reach not needing modifications.
