Workout of the Day 

-Conditioning-

For max reps:
24/20 Burpee Box Over, 5 minutes
Power Snatch 1RM, 4 minutes
Calorie Row, 3 minutes
Bar Muscle up, 2 minutes
Front Squat (power snatch 1RM), 1 minute

*For burpee box overs, no stepping up on box.

-Strength-

Five sets of:
Hang Power Clean x 2 reps (without dropping bar)
superset with Parallette Push ups – Level 1: 14 reps, Level 2: 12 reps, Level 3: 10 reps

*Alternate between movements every 90 seconds.

-Optional Skill-

Rope Climbs x 10 reps (15 ft)

*Rest as needed between efforts. Try legless if possible. Work technique.
