Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
Handstand Walk, 50 feet
Walking Lunge, 100 feet
Dead-lift x 3 reps
Bar Dips – Option 1: 8 reps, Option 2: 7 reps, Option 3: 6 reps
*Alternate between movements every 90 seconds.
*Choose new dip rep scheme based on ability to use least amount of assistance.
Weighted Sit ups – 3 x 20
*Use a dumbbell across the chest. Reps per set are 20 in a row.
