Workout of the Day 


Deload Week

As many reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
35/20 pound DB Walking Lunges, 100 feet
80 Double Unders
60 Air Squats
40 DB Shoulder to Overhead, 35/20
20 Handstand Push ups

-Optional Challenge-

For time:
Burpees, 90 seconds

*Burpees are to be completed with a lateral jump over 2 end to end 35 pound DB’s.
