Warm Up

10 min

– Turkish get ups with a water bottle or shoe, alternate sides

 

Strength/Skill

15 min – alternate between movements every 90 s.

– 3/3 double kettlebell single leg deadlifts

– overhead kettlebell carry, 30 s per arm

 

Conditioning

12 min AMRAP

– 10 Russian swings

– 2 heavy slam ball over shoulder or stone to shoulder

Swings stay at 10/round.  Slam ball or stone reps increase by 2 each round to 10, then decrease back down to 2.  Repeat until time cap.
