*Including warm up, there is a total window time of 12 minutes to find a 1RM.

-Accessory Test-

For max true quality reps:
Strict Pull ups (unbroken w/o coming off bar)
Rest 3 minutes
Strict Pull ups (unbroken w/o coming off bar)

-Conditioning Test (choose one)-

Linchpin Test 2

Three rounds for time of:
5 Ring Muscle ups
10 Squat Cleans, 135/95
20 Box Jumps, 24/20

or

Three rounds for time of:
5 Squat Cleans, 135/95
10 Handstand Push ups
20 Box Jumps, 24/20
