Testing Week

-Strength Test-

Back Squat, 3RM

*Including warm up, there is a total window time of 17 minutes to find a 3RM.

-Accessory Test-

For max true quality reps:
Strict Push ups (unbroken)
Rest 3 minutes
Strict Push ups (unbroken)

*Hands on red plates with an ab mat between as well as feet on a red plate.

-Conditioning Test-

Three rounds for time of:
400 meter Run
21 Hang Power Snatch, 65/45
12 Pull ups
