Testing Week

-Strength-

Dead-lift, 3RM

*Including warm up, there is a total window time of 15 minutes to find a 3RM.
*These cannot be touch and go reps but you may drop from the top each rep.

-Accessory Test-

Toes to Bar (without coming off bar)
Rest 3 minutes
Toes to Bar (without coming off bar)

-Conditioning Test-

Linchpin Test 10

Five rounds for time of:
15 Wall Balls, 20/14 to 10′
15 Power Cleans, 95/65
