Rest 20 seconds
600 Meter Row, Fast Pace (Stroke Rate b/w 32-36)
Rest 60 seconds
400 Meter Row, Moderate Pace (Stroke Rate b/w 28-32)
Rest 40 seconds
500 Meter Row, Fast Pace (Stroke Rate b/w 32-36)

*Rest 5 minutes between sets.
