-Strength-

Dead-lift (%’s off 3RM)

65% x 5
75% x 5
85% x 5

*Complete ses on a 90 second clock. No touch and go reps.

RDL’s

40% (of 3RM Dead-lift) x 10 x 5 sets

*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

-Accessory-

Three sets:
Barbell Skull Crushers x 15
Ring Rows x 20

*There is a 6 minute window in which the above work is to be completed.
*Make the ring rows as challenging as possible.

-Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
3 Strict Handstand Push ups
6 Alternating DB Snatch, 50/35
9 Box Jump Overs, 24/20
