Fast Pace, 30 seconds (ST b/w 32-36)
Recovery Pace, 60 seconds
Rest 1 Minute
Fast Pace, 1500 meters (ST b/w 32-36)
Recovery Pace, 60 seconds

*Rest 3 minutes between sets.
