Strength/Skill

15 min, 90 s clock for each movement

– 3/3 military presses

– 50’ heavy farmer carry (add 25’ each round)

 

Conditioning

5 rounds for max reps (40 s per station)

– Russian swings

– Prowler push (45/25#)

– Slam ball over wall

– Plank
