-Bounding-

Every 30 seconds for 5 sets:
5 Continuous Broad Jumps

*Goal is to achieve as much distance as possible in 5 consecutive jumps.

-Weightlifting-

Power Clean (%’s off 1RM)

61.5% x 3
70.5% x 3
79.5% x 3

*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

Power Snatch

44% (of 1RM Power Clean) x 5 x 5

*Complete sets EMOM.

-Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Bar Facing Burpees
40 Double Unders
10 Sumo Dead-lift High Pulls, 75/55

Rest 2 minutes

As many reps as possible in 3 minutes of:
8 Bar Facing Burpees
30 Double Unders
8 Sumo Dead-lift High Pulls, 95/65

Rest 2 minutes

As many reps as possible in 2 minutes of:
6 Bar Facing Burpees
20 Double Unders
6 Sumo Dead-lift High Pulls, 115/75
