*Base percentages off 3RM. Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

In Place Barbell Lunges

40% (of 3RM Back Squat) x 7 each leg x 5 sets

*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

-Accessory-

Three sets of:
Standing Bradford Press x 20
Dumbbell Alternating Curl x 15 each arm

*There is a 8 minute window in which the above work is to be completed.

-Conditioning-

100 Ab Mat Sit ups
80 Toes to Bar
60 Wall Balls, 20/14 to 10′
40 Handstand Push ups
20 Front Squats, 185/135
