Warm Up

– 5 pullovers

– 5 military presses + 50’ overhead carry/arm

– 10 alternating step back lunges (kb in rack)

 

Strength/Skill

12 min EMOM

Min 1 – 5 light double kettlebell cleans

Min 2 – 3 medium double kettlebell cleans

Min 3 – 1 heavy double kettlebell clean

 

Conditioning – for time with a partner

– 100 1-arm swings (24/16 kg)

– 100 goblet squats (24/16 kg)

– 100 Russian swings (32/24 kg)

Reps can be shared as desired.  Both partners must complete 3 burpees at the top of each minute.
