Deload Week

-Strength-

Back Squat (%’s off 3RM)

45% x 5
55% x 5
65% x 5

*Base percentages off 3RM. Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

-Conditioning-

In teams of 2, for 30 minutes:
Walking Prowler Pushes, 50 feet x 3 each
DB Overhead/DB at Your Side Walks, 50 feet x 3 each
Stiff body Rope Walk ups x 5 each
Burpees, 10 together

*Alternate as necessary. Slow and steady is the name of the game with this workout.
