Bench Press (%’s off 1RM)

41% x 5
50% x 5
59% x 5

*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock. Base percentages off 1RM.

-Conditioning-

Every 8 seconds for 50 rounds:
1 Wall Ball, 20/14 to 10′ (Use 30/24 if possible)

Rest 24 seconds

Every 8 seconds for 50 rounds:
1 Hang Power Snatch, 95/65

Rest 24 seconds

Every 8 seconds for 50 rounds:
1 Burpee

Rest 24 seconds

Every 8 seconds for 50 rounds:
1 Box Jumps, 24/20 (step down)
