Dead-lift (%’s off 3RM)

45% x 5
55% x 5
65% x 5

*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock. No touch and go reps.

-Conditioning-

Not for time:
DB/KB Weighted Farmer’s Carry, 1200 meters

*Each time you break, complete 5 overhead swings and 5 single arm shoulder to overhead
before continuing on.
*Dumbbell and kettlebell must be of equal weight.
*Suggested weights: Men – 1.75 pood/65 pounds, Women – 1.25 pood/45 pounds
