Workout of the Day 

-Strength-

Back Squat (%’s off 3RM)

70% x 5
80% x 5
90% x 5

*Base percentages off 3RM. Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

Dumbbell Step ups

5 x 7 each leg

Rx – 50/35
Intermediate – 40/25
Scaled – 30/15

*All athletes should use a 20 inch box with a dumbbell in each hand.

-Accessory-

Three sets of:
Behind the Neck Snatch Grip Press x 20
Seated Zottman Curl x 15

*There is a 8 minute window in which the above work is to be completed.

-Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 6 minutes of:
10 Handstand Push ups
1 Rope Climb, 15 feet
