– 3/3 v-sit presses

– 6 face the wall squats

– 20-30 s active hang

– 100’ alternating side shuffle

 

Strength/Skill

15 min practice

– 5/5 single leg squats (find hardest progression or can add load for full pistol squat)

– 5 double kettlebell cleans with 50’ rack carry

 

Conditioning

– 13 snatches

– 50’ long jumps (down) + 50’ sprint (back)

– 13 lateral jumps over kettlebell
