-Strength-

Bench Press (%’s off 1RM)

46% x 5
55% x 5
64% x 5

*Base percentages off 1RM. Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

Ten rounds, each 1 minute in length of:
15 Ab Mat Sit ups
75/55 Power Snatch Singles, remaining time

*Rest 1 minute between rounds.
*Alternate which way you’re facing for each snatch attempt.
