Workout of the Day 

-Strength-

Dead-lift (%’s off 3RM)

50% x 5
60% x 5
70% x 5

*Base percentages off 3RM. Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

Four rounds:
135/95 Partner Barbell Carry, 400 meters
135/95 Partner Barbell Thrusters

*Reps for thrusters are descending, 20 the first round, then 15, 10, and finally 5.

*When crossing the barbell overhead, a lockout of the arms is not required.

*There is no penalty for breaking the carry.
