74.5% x 3
83.5% x 3

*Base percentages off 1RM. Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

Dumbbell Snatch

5 x 5 each arm

I – 90/60
II – 75/45
III – 60/30

*Pick one of the above weights and stick with for all 5 sets.
*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

Four rounds, each 2.5 minutes of:
50 Double Unders
30 Bar Facing Burpees
Max Reps 95/65 Thrusters, remaining time

*Rest 2.5 minutes between rounds.
