-Strength-

Back Squat (%’s off 3RM)

72% x 5
82% x 5
92% x 5

*Base percentages off 3RM. Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats

4 x 10 each leg

I – 35/20
II – 25/15
III – No additional weight

*Rear leg is elevated. Hip crease must pass below top of knee.
*Complete on a 2 minute clock.

-Accessory Work-

Three sets:
Strict Press x 12 reps

*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
10 Wall Balls, 20/14 to 10 ft
3 Toes to Bar

*Continue to increase the T2B reps by 3 each round.
