Three sets:
90sec at easy pace w/ 1min walk pace
Rest 1min after each set.

Five sets:
60sec at easy pace w/ 1min walk pace
Rest 1min after each set.

Seven sets:
30sec at easy pace w/ 1min walk pace
Rest 1min after each set.

Starting young and building the foundation will help them in all sports they wish to pursue.
