Bench Press (%’s off 1RM)

65.5% x 5
74.5% x 5
83.5% x 5+

*Base percentages off 1RM. Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

As many reps as possible in 22 minutes of:
1 Rope Climb, 15 feet
10 Box Jumps, 24/20
Run 400 meters

*Wear a 20/14 pound vest.
