Warm Up

– Slow Turkish get ups with light kettlebell. Aim for 40-50 s per get up. Alternate arms.

 

Strength/Skill

10 min EMOM

Min 1 – 5 double kettlebell swings + 3 cleans, light

Min 2 – 5 double kettlebell swings + 1 clean, medium to heavy

Repeat until cap; then

3 min, 30 s clock

– 1 double kettlebell clean, medium to heavy

 

Conditioning

4 min: 20 s work:10 s rest

– Russian swings (24/16 kg)

– Snatches

– Goblet squat

– Walking lunges (bodyweight)

1 min rest

Repeat.
