Back Squat (%’s off 3RM)

77% x 3
87% x 3
97% x 3

*Base percentages off 3RM. Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

Dumbbell Bulgarian Split Squats

4 x 10 each leg

I – 40/25
II – 30/20
III – 20/10

*Rear leg is elevated. Hip crease must pass below top of knee.
*Complete on a 2.5 minute clock.

-Accessory Work-

Three sets:
Strict Press x 8 reps

*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

Three rounds for time of:
15 Sumo Dead-lift High Pulls, 115/80
Handstand Walk, 44 feet
75 Double Unders

*Bar and elbows but pass above nipple line for each rep to count.
