Strength/Skill

Practice Turkish get ups with one or more of the following shoe, water bottle, 10-15# plate (vertical pinch between thumb and fingers), bottoms up kettlebell. Alternate sides.

 

Conditioning

3x for max reps. 1 min per movement.

– Russian swings (32/24 kg)

– Ring push-ups

– Snatches (24/16 kg)

– Broad jumps (4’/jump)

Rest 1 min.
