Warm Up

– Progressive Turkish get ups with light kb or bodyweight (to elbow – down, to hand – down, to windmill – down, to half kneeling – down, to stand – down).  Alternate sides.

 

Strength/Skill

12 min

– Complete 3 reps each/90 s – one-hand swings, cleans, squats, presses, snatches.

Alternate sides.

 

Conditioning

For time:

– 100 m run

– 100 Russian swings (32/24 kg)

Complete 50 m run at the top of each minute.
