*This time begins immediately when the first 400m run is completed.

3 Rope Climbs, 15 feet
30 Handstand Push ups
15 Toes to Bar

Workout 5 (beginning at 40:00)

As many points as possible in 10 minutes of:
Calories on Rower, 1 point
24/20 Box Over Burpees (w/ step), 1 point
Pull ups, 2 points
20/14 Wall Balls, 2 points
24/20 Box Over Burpees (w/ jump), 3 points
