Workout of the Day 

-Weightlifting-

Push Jerk + Jerk

(2+1) x 6 sets

*Complete sets on a 90 second clock. Add weight as needed.

-Strength-

Front Squat

In 5 sets, work up to a heavy set of 4.

*Complete on a 2 minute clock.

-Conditioning-

40-30-20 reps for time of:
Kettlebell Swings, 1.5/1 pood
Box Jumps, 24/20

*Time cap: 11 minutes
*Compare to SugarWOD Apr 20, 2015.

-Optional Skill-

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
1-3 Ring Muscle ups
