-Weightlifting-

Clean Pull + Hang Clean (below the knee) + Clean

(1+1+1) x 6 sets

*Complete sets on a 90 second clock. Add weight as necessary.
*Full catches.

-Strength-

Overhead Squat

In 5 sets, work up to a moderate weight of 2.

*Complete sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

Three rounds for time of:
50 Double Unders
10 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Dead-lifts, 275/185

*Time cap: 10 minutes
