Workout of the Day 

-Weightlifting-

Snatch High Pull + Hang Snatch (below knee) + Snatch

(1+1+1) x 6 sets

*Complete sets on a 90 second clock. Add weight as necessary.
*Full catches

-Conditioning-

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes of:
Odd Minutes: 5 Thrusters, 135/95
Even Minutes: Burpees

*Start the first round of burpees at 10 reps and add 1 rep each round thereafter.

-Optional Skill-

Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:
Chest to Bar Pull ups (or chin above), 3-6 reps

*Rest at least 30 seconds each minute.
