-Strength-

Push Press

Find 4RM (8 min cap)
then
90% x 4, 95% x 4

*Complete percentage sets on a 90 second clock.

-Conditioning-

Five cycles following a 30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest clock:
Single Unders
DB/KB Snatch, 40/25 (green/white)
Calorie Row/Bike/Ski Erg
DB/KB Farmer’s Carry, 40/25 (green/white)

*Farmer’s carry is single arm and performed shuttle style.

-Optional Skill-

Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Handstand Walk

Option I – 12-16 feet w/o coming down
Option II – 8-12 feet w/o coming down
Option III – 4-8 feet w/o coming down
Option IV – Assisted walking with partner, alternating every 30 sec.
