Workout of the Day 

-Weightlifting-

Push Jerk + Jerk

Find (2+1) RM (8 min cap)
then
90% x (2+1), 95% x (2+1)

*Complete percentage sets on a 90 second clock. Add weight as needed.

-Strength-

Front Squat

Build to a heavy set of 2 reps (8 min cap)

*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.

-Conditioning-

In 10 minutes:
Run 1 mile
then, as many rope climbs (15ft) as possible in the remaining time.
