Find (2+1) RM (8 min cap)
90% x (2+1), 95% x (2+1)

Build to a heavy set of 2 reps (8 min cap)
*Complete sets on a 2 minute clock.
In 10 minutes:
Run 1 mile
then, as many rope climbs (15ft) as possible in the remaining time.
