-Strength-

Push Press

Find 2RM

*Time cap: 12 minutes

-Conditioning-

Ten rounds, each for completion of:
6 Power Cleans, 145/95
6 Bar Facing Burpees
2 Power Cleans, 145/95

*Time cap: 30 seconds
*Rest 2 minutes b/w rounds.
*A completed round is equal to 1 point. A perfect score is 10 points.

-Optional Skill-

Every minute, on the minute, for 8 minutes:
Ring Muscle ups, 3-6 reps

*Rest at least 20-30 seconds each minute.
