Warm Up

8 min, light kettlebell

– 4/4 waiter presses

– 8 hack squats

– 4/4 active straight leg raises

– 8 pullovers

 

Strength/Skill

Accumulate 8 min half body weight farmer carry with kettlebells or dumbbells (~1/4th bodyweight per hand).

Perform 2 Turkish get ups (light weight, 1 each side) each time the weights are set down.

 

Conditioning

3 rounds for max reps, 1 min per movement

– Russian swings (28/20 kg)

– 50’ Prowler push

– Single leg single unders

– Rest
