Strength/Skill

Odd – 30 s single kettlebell rack carry

Even – 30 s single kettlebell single leg deadlift

Alternate sides every 2 min.

 

Conditioning

EMOM for max reps

– 1 Russian swing (32/24 kg) + 1 box jump (24/20”)

Add 1 swing + 1 box jump each minute until you aren’t able to complete the required reps in the minute.
