– 8 goblet squats (20-30 s hold last rep)

– 4/4 dead bugs

 

Strength/Skill

10 min EMOM

Odd – 30 s farmer carry (challenge yourself to walk extra slow)

Even – 5-7 dead stop swings

 

Conditioning

For time:

– 80 Russian swings (28/20 kg)

– 40 single kettlebell push press (24/16 kg)

At time 0 and at the top of each minute must complete 5 weighted seated squat jumps (20/14# wb held at chest)
