Warm Up

Turkish get up practice. Alternate sides. Start with water bottle or light kettlebell. Can increase load.

 

Strength/Skill

9 min EMOM

Min 1 – 1 clean + 3 presses/arm

Min 2 – 2 cleans + 2 presses/arm

Min 3 – 3 cleans + 1 press/arm

 

Conditioning

12 min AMRAP

– 1/1 snatches (24/16 or 20/12 kg)

– 1 heavy deadball or sandbag over shoulder

Add 1 rep to each movement per round.
