Warm Up

8 min

– 3/3 halos

– 3/3 bottoms up presses

– 6 narrow stance goblet squats

– 6 lateral tall plank steps each direction

– ‘40 zig zag run + 40’ backward run

 

Strength/Skill

6 min – Turkish get up practice – bodyweight and/or water bottle

8 min EMOM – 1 Turkish get up.  Alternate sides each minute.  Can increase load.

 

Conditioning

12 min EMOM

Min 1 – 5 double kettlebell cleans + max reps dbl kb swings in 30 s

Min 2 – 50 m run + max reps dbl kb swings in 30 s

Min 3 – 30 s dbl kb rack carry
