Warm Up

  • 5 walkouts to tall plank with shoulder taps
  • 1/1 bodyweight (or light kb) Turkish get ups
  • 5/5 Cossack squats
  • 30 s dead hang

Strength/Skill

12 min EMOM

6 pairs kettlebells increasing in weight x 2 rounds.

  • 5 double kettlebell cleans. For heavier kbs, can substitute 5 swings or 5 deadlifts.


Conditioning

For time, with a partner:

  • 150 snatches. One person working at a time.

At the top of each minute complete 7 Russian swings together.
