Warm Up

9 min

  • 6 pullovers
  • 30 s hot potato
  • 9 goblet squats
  • 3/3 bottoms up presses
  • 3 walkouts with shoulder taps

Strength/Skill

10 min – 6 point continuous carry

Using 6-8x rep max press kettlebell, perform an overhead carry using strong (not stronger) arm until fatigued (can’t maintain lock out and good posture). Switch to rack carry, then to suitcase carry. Repeat using other arm. Continue switching until 10 min elapses.

Conditioning

30 s clock, 5x

  • 10 one-hand swings using medium kettlebell left
  • 10 one-hand swings using medium kettlebell right
  • 5 one hand swings using heavy kettlebell left
  • 5 one hand swings using heavy kettlebell right
