Warm Up

Perform 1 Turkish get up with each arm using the following progression:

  • Bodyweight
  • Light kettlebell
  • Water bottle
  • Medium kettlebell

Strength/Skill

11 min

Accumulate 6-7 min farmer carry. Must complete a set of push ups (aim for 7-10) each time the kettlebells are put down.

Conditioning

18-12-6 for time:

  • Russian swings (single kettlebell) (24/16 kg)
  • Push presses (double kettlebells)
  • Box jumps (24/20)
