Strength/Skill

  • 5 cleans each arm, light kettlebell
  • 3 cleans + 10 slow rack march in place each arm, medium kettlebell
  • 1 clean + 10 slow rack march in place each arm, heavy kettlebell


Conditioning

12 min EMOM, 4x

  • Bike or row, cal
  • Walking lunge, bodyweight, 5’ per point
  • Shuttle run, 25’ per point

+ 10 Russian swings at the top of each minute.
